HISTORICALThis vineyard is the property of the familly
Courrian since generations. It is situated on 3
countys, the county of Blaignan : « Tille »,
« Four de chaud » and « Lafon ». The terroir,
composed in majority of gravels, give a good
potential to the wine. It can also be kept.

41 % Cabernet Sauvignon.
TECHNICALYield : Between 40 and 50 hl / ha.
Sorting of the grapes in the vineyard.
Medocan traditional vinification in thermoregulated
stainless steel vats.
Ageing 18 months, 12 months of 18 in oak
barrels (1/3 in new barrels).
A light fining and filtering can preserve all the
qualities of the wine.
Bottling at the property.

Decanting 1 or 2 hours before serving.
The wine is not treated, sediments are natural.
