Fleur Bayron Haut Médoc

Haut-Médoc AOC – Bordeaux – France
Bayron is a name of Basque origin which means a small river in a valley.
It is also the name of a place called Listrac-Médoc, which is crossed by a stream, the place where Fleur Bayron was born over 20 years ago.
Fleur Bayron comes from a plot selection performed on the basis of the vine’s age, of the grape’s perfect maturity, and of the harvest’s excellent sanitary state.
This is classic Haut-Médoc: combining power and elegance, with a deep purple color and red-fruit, blackcurrant and nut aromas, it is ample and silky on the palate.
It is mainly reserved for distribution in gourmet restaurants in France, and for export in Asia and the USA.
Certified HVE3 as of the 2019 vintage.
