Cabernet Sauvignon
Listrac-Médoc AOC – Bordeaux – France
Just like Petit Verdot, Cabernet Sauvignon is one of Médoc’s emblematic grape varieties, and is particularly so in Listrac where it serves as the ideal companion to Merlot.
Cabernet Sauvignon brings to the wines their structure and robustness, as well as an aromatic profile of black fruits, and a beautiful dense and deep color, which is purplish in its youth, and gets garnet-colored over time.
Certified HVE3 as of the 2019 vintage.
