Château Bois Mallet
MÉDOC AOC – BORDEAUX – FRANCE
Château Bois Mallet is a family property located in Couquèques and owned by Didier Faugerolle.
Formerly part of Château Tour Négrier, this 11-hectare estate is mostly planted to Merlot, and is the object of extreme care, both in the vineyard and in the cellars.
The result is a classic and supple Médoc wine, round and fruity, with predominant blackcurrant and liquorice flavours, and a touch of wood.
The vineyard is managed in traditional manner, following the principles of responsible farming, with superficial ploughing and without anti-botrytis treatment.
